STYLISH AND SINUOUS
SERPENT WRAP PENDANTS
This method of
wrapping is different from normal wire work and
is designed to hold the raw state gemstones,
crystals and stones in a very gentle way. The
back of this labradorite has not been polished
and the forged bale gently holds this amazing
stone gently in place.
The stone will always guide the wrap which is
'cold forged' to hold the stone in place.
Working in harmony with natural stones brings
out their real beauty.

ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE...
AND DRAGON'S VEIN AGATE
Wow... It could not
believe it when I came across this awesome
Dragon's Vein Agate beads! They are totally
natural and have the most amazing markings. They
range from a deep orange/brown and also display
an almost pearly translucence. They have 'vein
like' markings and are truly magical. The solid
silver disc has a cut-out heart and the
extending fastening also has another bead. I had
never seen this type of agate before and I don't
think I will see it again in a hurry.

LIFE IS A BEACH
Ever wandered along
the beach and thought how beautiful some of the
pebbles are? When they are wet, they look like
treasure and when you get them home and they dry
out, some can leave you wondering why you picked
them up!
There are a few that retain their beauty,
especially after a few hours in my tumbling
machine. This pendant is as smooth as silk and
very simply wrapped in silver. The setting holds
it gently in place and it hangs from a soft buff
coloured leather thing with a matching glass
bead.
Many more pebbles in my box along with sea glass
that is crying out for attention so I had better
get making more beach jewelllery :O)

BEAUTIFUL LEAVES TO
TREASURE
Silver leaves are
nothing new but there are very few that capture
every vein and minute detail like this one does.
I have made quite a few and all have sold
immediately as they are very true to the beech
leaf they were made from including the natural
curves of the leaf.
There are some Hawthorn and Oak leaves on the
way... I just have to wait for the trees to let
me have a few of their new leaves! I don't use
dried leaves and don't electro-plate them
either. They are 99% solid silver and I can't
wait to get creating again so keep watching for
more marvels from nature. |

CRESCENT MOON LAVA
PENDANTS
Lava is amazing as it
allows the piece to be fired without damaging
the stone. It was born at the centre of the
Earth and is beautifully pitted with natural air
bubbles. These looked so much like the surface
of the moon that it seemed just perfect for a
silver crescent moon.
This symbol is special in many ways and
Goddesses, who are 'lunar' beings appreciate the
feminine energy this piece brings. Each one has
a slightly different moon phase and they look
stunning when worn over black as just the silver
and lunar texture shows.

FROM SMALL ACORNS...
This beautiful acorn
pendant is a real talking point and everyone who
has seen it thinks it is real! Well the acorn
cup is real but the rest is my little secret.
This one sold on its first outing and went to a
lovely lady we met at one of the festivals last
year. These pieces draw everyone in and it was
originally destined for Australia but customs
officers would have been left scratching their
heads, even though there is no seed or living
plant material in the piece. The lady fell in
love with it and decided to keep it.
I am now spending time foraging for more acorn
cups (Fairy Hats!) to craft some more of these
lovely little pieces to wear and treasure. |

FIRE AND ICE SILVER
CUFF
This silver and
Swarovski crystal cuff is a true maverick! It
started life as a commission but I soon changed
my mind and have turned it into a truly organic
piece of work. It is made from silver shot,
silver clay, sheet silver and crystals wrapped
around the wrist in a bubbling frenzy.
It really does look like it is still moving and
coming from the centre of the Earth. It is like
molten silver mixed with ice, hence the name. Similar styles
can be achieved but each will be different,
depending on how the silver melts and moulds. A
real talking point as it sparkles and dances on
the wrist. I love it and so do other people and
it does tend to grab attention. Just ask if you
want your own Fire and Ice creation.
